The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

day 1Welcome to San Francisco!
San Francisco - Modesto. Our tour begins at the Public Library, from where we set off on an adventure through the city. Begin with a cruise on the San Francisco Bay, departing to Sausalito with stunning views of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and the infamous Alcatraz Island. Return to Pier 39 for a relaxed lunch, followed by an afternoon tour that covers the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, Chinatown, and Nob Hill. Conclude our tour with a night-time view of the city from the Bay Bridge. We then make our way east to the small city of Modesto for the overnight. Accommodation: Modesto Hotel or similar. Tour pick up: You can be collected for this tour the following location: San Francisco Public Library - 100 Larkin Street, opposite City Hall at 8:30 AM. Please ensure you arrive in San Francisco the day before your tour.
