San Francisco Tours in May 2027

Was very hesitant at first because of the price of trip but was so worth it. If I had booked this by myself it would have been stressful but Contiki and trip manager handle everything for you. The trip manager was amazing and gave us all the useful information we needed for each stop. All the locations were iconic too and all the people on the trip were friendly. Will not forget it.

I chose this trip because of the itinerary. It had everything I wanted to see. San Francisco,Sonoma Valley, Lake Tahoe,Yosemite, Monterey and the California Coast. Going to see the Sequoias and the Redwoods was a dream come true. This trip was everything I hoped for and more.

Your director was excellent. Shared lots of pertinent information and was so helpful in every area. Each designation was well picked. Each one had interesting things to do and see. Saw California is a very good way to did not realize it had such beautiful scenery and lovely people. So glad I was given this opportunity

I really enjoyed all the places that we went. I enjoyed Monterey, the cannery, the growing areas. I enjoyed Pebble Beach area and 17 mile coastline. I enjoyed seeing Carmel and Sonoma. I loved Lake Tahoe and Yosemite that were so interesting and beautiful. I found the artichoke farm and Napa Valley, the information about the wines and the lunch were very good. Also, I was glad to learn about growing almonds and olives. I enjoyed seeing Sacramento, the city and the information about the rivers and the bridge. Also, I enjoyed seeing San Francisco, the wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. The boat rides on Lake Tahoe and on San Francisco Bay were very interesting. The hotels were very good and so were the places that we went to eat.

Loved seeing the red wood forest! The water falls in Oregon. Really enjoyed seeing the grape vineyards in Northern California. Enjoyed touring Seattle & San Francisco.

Charlie made this trip so memorable. He remained in good spirits throughout, had extensive local knowledge and was an excellent driver and felt very safe on the long and winding roads
