I had an absolutely fantastic 15-day trip through Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam with this tour operator, and I can't recommend them highly enough! A huge thank you to Kiara, our assistant, who was instrumental in making our experience so smooth and enjoyable. Her flexibility, willingness to accommodate our every need, and exceptional responsiveness were invaluable throughout the entire journey. Kiara was incredibly patient and helpful as we frequently changed our minds about our itinerary. She expertly crafted a personalized trip that perfectly aligned with our evolving preferences regarding destinations and tour durations. All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. Our accommodations, upgraded to four-star hotels, were excellent, and drivers and guides were always punctual. The tour operator checked in with us daily and was responsive to any questions or requests, like adding a sunrise visit.

The team made our trip to Vietnam so special! Everything was handled smoothly, and we felt really well taken care of the whole time. I wasn’t planning to write a review, but this Vietnam trip turned out to be one of the most meaningful travel experiences we’ve had. Everything was seamless, hotels, transfers, flights, but the day in Ba Vi was truly the highlight. We spent the morning with Mr. Duoc, a war veteran, who walked us through his tea farm and shared his personal stories from the war. It was moving, humbling, and something we will never forget. Later that day, we had a cooking class with Mrs. Chin in her home. She was so kind and welcoming. It felt less like a tour and more like being invited into someone’s life. Vietnam itself was beautiful, but what made it really unforgettable were the people. We’ll miss Ba Vi the most.

We took a 10 day tour through Vietnam and had an amazing time, We visited Ho Chi Minh, Mekong Delta, Hoi An, Da Nang, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay and 01 night on Night train.
