We would never be considered as bird watchers but you can not help getting caught up in the excitement of spotting some of the many exotic species of bird, reptile or mammals. Our Exodus Discover Costa Rica trip has been such a memorable tour. So much bird and animal life to see. We deliberately opted for a small group of 16 people so we would not miss a thing. We also chose a wildlife and birdwatching expert Guide. Staying for two nights at each location, in different climates (rain forest, mountainous etc) gave a great insight into this beautiful country of Costa Rica.

A brilliant trip that shows the diversity of Costa Rica. From lagoons to rainforests to dry forests and cloud forests and beaches we saw so much of this lovely country and its flora and fauna. Highly recommended.

The star of the experience was Gracie - how she made us a cohesive group. She kept everything on schedule. Gracie had a great smile and sense of humour. She was very knowledgeable about Costa Rica and we drove along on the bus she would give us information on agriculture, education, schooling, history of the country etc Great discussion on the challenges of the massive increase in tourism. Certainly would very much enjoy having Gracie as my CEO on my next trip

Costa Rica is a real adventure that our two teenage boys relished. A great mix of wildlife, adrenaline and travel that took us off the beaten track and gave us a taste of the real Costa Rica. My eldest son appreciated the fact we weren’t “stuck in tourist traps” but explored some of the history and culture of each region. Their highlights were the whitewater rafting, zip -lining, speed boat ride to Corcovado and hanging out in Dominical with the surf, monkey, iguanas and toucans. The hotels were really great quality and our guide was super knowledgeable on everything from wildlife to restaurant recommendations.
