Hoi An Cooking classes Trips

This trip was honestly everything we hoped for and more. Every place we visited felt special in its own way, and the whole itinerary just flowed so smoothly. We got to see the famous sights, but also had moments that felt really personal—like sitting with Mr. Duoc in Ba Vi, hearing his stories from the war. It was something we’ll never forget. Mrs. Chin's cooking class in her garden kitchen was another favorite—she made us feel so welcome, and the food was amazing. We also found some great little restaurants along the way (shoutout to the grilled eggplant in Hoi An—wow). Thank you, Ellie, for planning everything so perfectly. You really took the stress out of it and helped make this such a memorable trip. We already miss Vietnam… and we’re already talking about coming back.

I highly recommend this 10-day Vietnam tour. It is a wonderful country, which has so many interesting places to visit: Halong, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoian, Hochiminh and I think many more that I haven't known of yet. We had time for ourselves and time to experience Vietnam with everyone during this well-paced tour. It was fun.

We did the 12-day Exquisite Vietnam Culinary Expedition tour, and it was the perfect tour for foodies! We visited so many places and learned so much about Vietnamese culture and food. We especially loved the cooking classes in Hanoi and Hoi An—they were really interesting. The Vespa tour was also one of our favorites; it was incredible, and our guide were so much fun, we had a great time with he. Our hotels were comfortable and well-located, and our guides were all amazing. The drivers were always on time, and travel our consultant Lindy, took great care of us. We truly loved the tour and would definitely use this travel operator for our future trips.
