Ho Chi Minh City Bicycle Trips

This trip was fabulous, our guide The who worked so hard to keep us informed of the history and culture. My experience on this trip was fabulous , times could of been slowed down in busy places to see more , this is a constructive criticism NOT at all negative. This trip was a good balance between cycling, transfers and sight seeing. Do Chi Hung our guide shared much about the history of the country and the sites visited on the trip gave a flavour of the different phases of Vietnam's history. Our itinerary had to be changed due to typhoon hitting the central zone. Hung and the local team managed this with the minimum of disruption to the group, keeping us well informed and adding alternative activities to compensate. The group cycling was well organised - especially with the original support crew of Quang and Tuan

Explore's Cycle Vietnam and Cambodia tour is the best way to see this part of the world. It's the perfect blend of travelling overland through this part of the world with a mix of transport: tuk-tuks, boats, bus and our own pedal power, to explore this part of the world and get up close to all that Vietnam and Cambodia have to offer. Cycling during the morning commute in town was a highlight, but so were the back lanes through smaller villages. Saying hello to everyone as you cycled by was a highlight! I'd recommend getting off the beaten path and the bonus of getting some cycling in means you can enjoy more of the fabulous food available in this part of the world. I would go back!

The Team Leader was excellent in all respects from communication, knowledge and interaction with everyone on the cycling holiday, thus ensuring that a great time was had by all. In fact all members of Binh's team went above and beyond the call of duty making the whole experience very enjoyable and rewarding. Thank you Binh!

If you want to know more about Asia especially Cambodia, Vietnam and their ancient and modern histories this immersive experience was outstanding .Cycling gets you in amongst the people , the culture and the landscape. Fabulous guides, great food ,wonderful people all positive as they move their countries into an exciting future .

Our guide Dion was excellent. He was knowledgeable, gave us good information about Vietnam, was supportive and become aware of people’s requirements etc. He was essentially good when flooding became a problem for following the trip plan and quickly made the appropriate arrangements to change the trip plans to make it even better.
