I had such an incredible time on this explore trip. The itinerary was full on but there were still moments for relaxation where you could choose to visit other temples or sit in the sun. Greek Island Wanderer was just as described in the itinerary. Every day was fun packed and busy. The hikes we did were amazing but there was always an alternative if you didn't feel like hiking. The extra trips were fun Our leader Christos, was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with any problem that arose. This was a gruelling and awesome trek for me to celebrate 1 year since breast cancer surgery. The tour guides were fantastic. The chef produced the most amazing meals in the middle of nowhere. Be realistic about what to expect regarding mountain accommodation and facilities! the Explore description was pretty accurate. For me hiking poles were a necessity. I couldn’t have got back down without them. My knees were quite shot by the end of it but I wouldn’t change it for anything.
