Albania Tours in June 2026

This tour felt like a once in a lifetime experience and I would strongly encourage anybody thinking about joining to do it! You won’t regret it, it was such an amazing thing to do

This was my first trip to Albania and first group trip with Explore. And I loved it. Great scenery , friendly people , good food , culture and history. Our tour guide (Albi) was very knowledgeable, professional and demonstrated his passion for Albania, The hike require a reasonable level if fitness but is still enjoyable especially when you reach the top of the pass. I would love to go back as it iwas a well planned trip.

This was a wonderful trip with a great group and the leaders were fantastic. Demitri managed the tour in a way that all participants were able to navigae within their personal athletic abilities without being deterred by others. He provided great instructions, organization and historical background. Visi was wonderful in his supportive role. What a special country that is still unspoiled by over development and excess tourism. The people and the land were special and I feel so fortunate to have explored this country and to do it by bike.

This tour was an excellent exploration of three lovely Balkan countries, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've started telling all of my traveler friends that if they want to visit the Balkans, make it happen soon: it's an incredibly beautiful, special place, and if it really gets on the tourist radar, it's going to be overrun!

This was a fantastic tour and introduction to Albania - full on and full of wonderful scenery, fascinating Ottoman villages and fortresses, old churches and frescoes, hidden archaeological treasures, along with great food and company. The whole tour certainly packs a lot in but was superbly lead by our tour leader, Irina, nothing was too much trouble, and her knowledge, organisational skills and humour significantly contributed to making this a truly memorable holiday.

Really enjoyable. G adventures seem to attract people who have travelled frequently and so are interested in learning about new places and prepared to work together to ensure a happy and positive group.
