This was a thoroughly enjoyable itinerary.
our host and our driver were extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable about the areas through which we travelled.
The Glacier Express train trip was lovely however we were in sested in standard class where your itinerary explicitly stated first class seating. The food served at the tables was very ordinary. Letting the guests know this change before boarding the train would have been preferable to the negative mood of some of the tour guests throughout the journey.
A high tea in Zermatt was a lovely inclusion.
The hotels were excellent and extremely comfortable and well positioned for walking around the towns/cities.

Bad:
Average itinerary, too much free time with no interesting activities to do. Michelin Star restaurant is not up to standard. Local guides are average.
Good: Hotels are reasonably good and comfortable. Tour concierge is good.
