**Trafalgar should have told us that the public toilets cost 1 euro and to have a supply handy. **We were a party of three and about 1/2 of the hotels did not have our rooms set up correctly - not three towels , cups or glasses, or even the extra bed set up. Another group of 3 had the same problem. **In Berlin, we feel the "Berlin's Secret Past Revealed" option should have been included in the tour, not an option. **Our tour guide, *****************, was wonderful, well organized, and gave out treats related to what we were seeing. I would have liked it if she knew more about the flora and fauna and the agriculture crops we were seeing.

this is great entry tour, hit a lot of important locations in the very short period of time. Downside is you can't spend enough time to explore, if you are the exploring type of traveler. If you just want to go and take some photos, this should work great.
