From Copenhagen to Helsinki

I love the flexibility of the itinerary.

I was disappointed when at Bergen we stayed at the airport and not in town as it was one of the few times we could actually go out for dinner. Also the gude at Vassa was too long and barely had time to go to the bathroom or look around.

The hotel selection are good near public transportation especially in Copenhagen,Aarhus and Stockholm,I could visit cities to explore myself.The guide manager is good in Copenhagen and Stockholm.Guide in Oslo requires improvement .Breakfast is generally good and bus coach is very good.Coverage of tour is satisfactory

It is Superb and mindblowing.

Excellent and well organised trip

In general tour was Ok, However few hotel rooms Like Moxy hotel are very small. Third bed also they provided in the walkway, close to toilet considering the space limitation. In that case better to have two rooms close by each other for 3 adults.

Some days were spent in bus They were very tiring and long . Feels like we missed out on some sightseeing in Copenhagen and Oslo

Arrival Transfer did not meet us on arrival. Make us to troublesome to call for help

Everythings goes well. Just that on arrival nobody pick us up, and we have waited and waited but no choice have to call my agent for help. Pls look into this as its will upset the whole arrangement

It was an enjoyable trip for me and my family. All the bookings, information and documentation through My Trip of the app were fantastic. The hotels were good well located at the heart of the towns/cities for easy commute and shopping etc. The breakfast were good except in Moxy Bergen Hotel -where the breakfast was very limited with hardly any variety. Just a few suggestions to make the trips better :- 1. The pick up drop from/to airport were arranged but the driver details were given too late - at Copenhagen only after landing we got the driver name phone. In Helsinki, we were never given driver name and phone. The driver reached for pickup about 10 minutes late - I was speaking to the local agency on the number given but they refused to share the details. 2. Also, the pick up at Helsinki was two half hours before our flight departure and we reached airport just 2 hrs before the departure time. That day the security queue was few kms long and we almost missed our flight. You should always drop passengers at airport 3 hrs before departure. 3. Due to a hurricane in North sea, we were not taken to Aarhus on the Day 2 and then onward to Stavanger by road/sea and missed the sight seeing completely on the Day 3. We should have been compensated with some other sightseeing in other locations as time was sufficient and on a few days there were plenty of free time. This was a little disappointing. 4. Tour Director Andre was fantastic with his involvement, interaction and guidance. Would be happy to travel with him again in the coming years. 5. But Tour Director Mercedes - starting from Stockholm To Helsinki - was not upto mark on her job capabilities. Her English speaking was extremely poor, she was not much involved with the group and guidance was poor. Also her knowledge was found to be poor atleast from her English narrations. Hope you will take steps to improve the above. Look forward to travel with Europamundo again in some other European locations in the coming years. Thank You All the best

Overall satisfied. Guide Betina Wenziner was very good. The hotel room in Stockholm Quality Globe where we had to stay 2 days was less than average although service and breakfast was good. There should be a rotational system of seat allocation in the bus that changes everyday.

The itinerary was good. The 2 day stay in Stockholm could be improved by including additional tour to Nobel museum etc or by a boat trip to nearby islands. The hotel overall was Ok, but the Globe quality hotel rooms and bathrooms were poor below 3 star where we had to stay 2 days, although their service and breakfast was good.

Overall itinerary was good, city tours in Oslo/Stockholm/Helsinki were not up to the mark. City tours should be planned for full days to cover all major attractions of city.

Daily itinerary was perfect

Itinerary was on time and guides were very helpful. Scandinavia is vey scenic and beautiful place and Europamundo makes it even more special where we can interact with travelers from different countries. I wish there were more vegetarian options for breakfast in the hotels.

Trip was great on the whole ....only if you could include some Indian vegetarian dish in breakfast...as there were good number of Indian people on trip
