Itinerary was v.good but perhaps a little rushed through the Canadian states
It was a wonderful itinerary and our Tour Guide was amazing. I particularly loved Washington together with Quebec and Ottawa Boston was surreal so I can highly recommend this Tour.
Good itinerary overall but some excursions were rushed or cursory, such as in Toronto. Delays in obtaining tickets and late arrival at the CN Tower (an additional payment excursion) left about 20 minutes to visit the venue before required back on the coach.
Well packaged holiday with good centrally located hotels. Good balance of places to visit and things to do. First time we've travelled with Trafalgar and are most impressed
We have never been on a bus tour and I found it was very informative and would never travel again overseas without a guided tour
All was good for us. especially.
I loved the variety of experiences; diving into cultures, regional meal experiences, including farm to table, additional optional choices and the special attention the tour guide provided to specific guest needs. The guide was obviously prepared with itinerary for each day and deep knowledge of sights visited.
Disappointed NY was not part of itinerary, as it was just meeting and drop off point. Itinerary was not balanced as parts felt rushed whereas other days spent not doing much. Much of trip was by coach bus just passing by various points of interest with brief description by travel guide.
I was disappointed that nothing was planned in New York even if a day tour to see iconic sights was included. The itinerary was ok but more options are needed, some which were originally advertised were not available during the tour.
North East USA y Canada tour was very well planned, we visited interesting places. Acommodations, food, experiences were very good. Tour director was excellent, his knowledge, organization, attention to details, caring, emphaty made this experience exceptional..thanks!
The itinerary was good for the first tour of the season. Adjustments needed to be made that were out of the control of the tour director who was able to adjust to the changes with minimum fuss to the tour. Seatbelts on the bus could be best described as atrocious as they had very little flexibility and restricted movement. It is understood that this is not a reflection on Trafalgar but is feedback that should be passed on to the manufacturer of the vehicle. This is relevant now that seatbelts are mandatory in some states.
A fabulous trip. It was very well Organised. The Tour Director and driver were excellent and very friendly. Everything was on time and vegetarian meals were organised too. The optional tours and general sight seeing was informative and interesting. The hotels were well situated in the city centre and that is big plus point. I would definitely recommmend Trafalgar to others.
Some of the free time is too long in certain places- eg, Corning glass stop & not enough information given about activities on site.
