The process from finding the tour we wanted to take to getting set up for the tour was an easy process. The other reviews we saw gave us the security of using their website to book our trip. The only item we missed which would have given a 5* was the trip did not include see the Alps up close or a train trip. Well maybe next time there may be one and we would definitely take that trip.

Highlights
Bogotá: Head out with your new crew for a delish welcome dinner. Expect Colombian flavours, live music, and a buzzing atmosphere.
Salento: Head to a working coffee farm for a community-led experience that gets you into the full bean-to-brew story — from growing and processing to roasting and tasting. It’s a proper look at local livelihoods, sustainable production, and the drink this region does best.
Salento: Jump into a private Willy’s Jeep and head for Cocora Valley, where a guided walk will take us through one of Colombia’s most iconic landscapes. With the world’s tallest wax palms towering overhead and a stop in beautifully preserved Filandia, this one’s got big scenery and plenty of charm.
Medellín: Dive into Comuna 13 with a guided tour that brings Medellín’s story of transformation to life through murals, music, escalators, and street-level creativity. Every corner has something to say — and this place says it loud, proud, and in full colour.
Guatapé: Check out colourful Guatapé, where bright zócalos and easy lakeside charm will set the scene. Then we'll take on El Peñol Rock, with a whole lot of steps standing between us and one of Colombia’s biggest show-offs.At the top, the views will fully deliver — think winding water, emerald islands, and a panorama worth every step.
Guatapé: Take to the water on a relaxed boat cruise across the Guatapé Reservoir, with forested hills, little islands, and El Peñol Rock showing off in the distance. It’s an easy way to soak up the scenery while getting the story behind the dam, the old town, and the region around it.
Tayrona National Park: Head into Tayrona National Park with a local guide and hike through one of Colombia’s wildest corners, where jungle trails, Caribbean coastline, and seriously good beaches all show up in one go. Along the way, we’ll pass through tropical forest, spot wildlife, and check out standout stretches like Arrecifes, La Piscina, and Cabo San Juan. It’s a proper half-day adventure with beach time built in. Heads up: if the park’s closed, we’ll swap this activity for another local experience.
Cartagena: Hit the streets of Cartagena’s Walled City with a Local Guide and get into the stories behind its colonial plazas, landmark churches, and iconic Torre del Reloj.
Cartagena: Jump into a small-group salsa lesson with a pro instructor and get to grips with the rhythm, the steps, and the moves that make this place tick.
