The entire tour was great, the tour guides were excellent, Javier&Ricardo were super nice, helpful and very funny .they always are available for questions and constantly attending to everyones needs&questions.AAAAAAAA+++++.Kudos to Javier&Ricardo and also the drivers were very good&safe drivers too

I was surprised to see a 5 year old child on this tour Would have been nice to spend a little more time in some places

First time I used europamundo for my Scandinavian countries trip,trip was professionally planned and similarly executed on ground,,,all questions were answered in advance so as to give clarity in case of any doubt

I was very satisfied with the tour.

I was very happy with the tour and much better than I expected. Hotels were great, the vehicle that picked me up at central station was excellent. One more thing I would like to mention was the Chinese guide Lisa. She wasn’t my tour guide but she gave a lot of help.

The local guide at Stockholm name Mr Bijo K.N is not helpful and left the group after the sigtseeing tour not even sent us back to hotel. We have to make our on way back to hotel at own cost.

What was in the itinerary was followed by the tour guide thus not missing anything.since it was a fast paced, one is made to realize and think which site will one return now in a more leisurely paced. The sites are lovely. No hassle was encountered from the time of arrival to departure. Most likely to join tour provided by europamundo and skywin travel fr the phils.

We were very pleased with the services of europamundo. The guides on our trip took very good care of us. The places visited were comprehensive and the journey itself was very pleasurable. We will definitely book our next vacation with Europamundo

Everything about the tour was extremely well planned and executed by Europamundo. The pace of the tour was leisurely, with enough free time to get a real feel of the cities, as well as fast in the sense that we got to cover a lot in 12 days The selection and location of the hotels was also very good. Huge shout out to our tour guides, Xavier and Karim, who were both awesome, ensuring that everyone was made to feel special Weve always been travelling with Thomas Cook as our preferred tour operator but from now on all our trips will most definitely be with Europamundo

Thank you for a wonderful trip The Europamundo tour guides Miguel, Javier, and Eguong, bus drivers, and local guides in each country were efficient and wonderful. For out particular tour they worked double and sometimes triple time to translate all information into multiple languages to be sure everyone on the tour enjoyed the trip and things ran smoothly. The balance between guides activities and “free-time” was perfect and the sites highlighted in each country were well chosen and of high-interest. I would recommend Europamundo tour experiences to others. My only area for improvement for feedback is that it was at times challenging to find places to eat or a variety of dining options. Based on the itineraries we sometimes arrived at the hotel areas late and everything was closed or fast food/grab and go were the only options. I know that Europamundo has no control over operating hours of local restaurants, but perhaps on days where this will be an issue the tour group stops at a local restaurant or area where there are several options for food. Due to dietary restrictions/preferences choices were limited.

It was a very well organised trip, we seen and did so many things in a short space of time. Our guide Jon was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. He made it an enjoyable, memorable and safe experience for everyone in the group.

HI,The hotels were good, The vehicle was nice. the guides were very helpful with minor language issues when in english.Overall a great experience.Hope the vehicle is sanitised regularly.

The information that was available in the website is not equivalent to what we experienced. The website did not mentioned clearly about the tour guide roles and responsibilities. The tour documentation did not mention clearly about the hotel check in and check out times which was not as per our itinerary. There were some stops which were not as per the convenience of the customer rather it was as per the convenience of the bus driver or the tour manager.

Your was well planned but free hotels namely quality 33 at oslo and st olav in tallin we far below standards in room and service.. quality 33 was also so out of city for us to even gay vegetarian food when we reached late in oslo... 2 days were very long with more than 500km travel .. these kms if done over 2 days would have been better and less tiring

The city tours were informative-esp the ones in Tallinn and Stockholm; with very enthusiastic local guides. Breakfast everyday was very good too and we look forward to every breakfast.

The tour was very well organised. A lot of interesting and beautiful places were covered. We enjoyed the itinerary schedules and free time allocated. If you want to cover all the major cities in Scandinavia, this is the tour for you. A lot of ferry ride as well. Our guide, Carolina, was very kind and patient. Information given was always sufficient and at the right time. Overall, we really enjoyed this wonderful tour.

The tour covered many, many highlights: the beautiful and historic features of European cities, the history of the Vikings and other cultural icons, and the most picturesque natural features, such as the fjords. I was very dissatisfied with a few other features of the tour, however: we didnt know it would be a bilingual tour The English narration was quite poor; Carolina, although a very lovely person, spoke English in a halting, uncertain way, and we couldnt understand some of her words. Jenny spoke fluent Spanish, but spoke MUCH, MUCH TOO LONG, sometimes 45 minutes without stopping To someone who doesnt speak that language, it became NOISE to endure Secondly, the tour USUALLY provided stops frequently enough for our bathroom needs, but not always And in at least two places we stopped, the public toilets were already closed for the season; it became very uncomfortable for me and a couple others We dont understand why the bathroom in the bus could not be used. I find it unacceptable if it is merely a money-saving tactic.
