day 1Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable NP

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation either in Kampala or Entebbe at 8:00 am and drive you to Mbarara. Your first stop is at the Uganda Equator where you can take pictures. Have your lunch at Regency Hotel or Agip Motel in Mbarara before continuing your journey to Kabale and from there to Bwindi.
This lush highland rainforest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops and papyrus swamps. The afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park.

Trek through dense forests in search of one of man's closest relatives. Although the journey can be quite tiring for some, the rewards of seeing these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat is worth it. The trekking can last two to seven hours depending upon the gorilla group you have been assigned and where they stayed the night before. The last day of your safari starts with a drive to Kihihi Airstrip, where you will board a light aircraft to Entebbe. Enjoy stunning aerial views of Ugandan countryside during the flight before you reach the capital.
