My partner and I did the Phillipines West tour and I can say it was the best decision we’ve ever made. We had Jay as our tour leader who exceeded every expectation of what a tour leader should be, he was knowledgeable, funny, kind, fun and always made sure everyone was having the best time. We made amazing friends on this trip who you get close with so quickly. We started our trip in Manila then headed to Port Barton which was super beautiful, relaxing and fun. We spent a day island hoping which was the most fun, we also went out for dinner and did karaoke which was so fun as well. We then went to El Nido which again was super duper beautiful and had a great nightlife here we spent my favourite day island hoping where I never wanted to leave. We spent a night doing a castaway experience which was really cool living the true island life. Coron was our last stop on the West which was again stunning we did another island hoping. Id recommend this trip to anyone able to travel it is the best thing you’ll ever do the I will miss the Philippines and can’t wait to go back!!

Itinerary was great and this was the main reason we chose this trip and Sri Lanka has fantastic sites and culture to experience - unfortunately we counted on having an appropriate guide and tour director who could assist with making the most of the experience - unfortunately our guide was not fluent in English, could not answer questions or explain the sites, culture and history in any meaningful way and we were forced to communicate critical aspects of the itinerary with him on whatsap, initiated by us not the tour director - the worst tour director I have had in nearly 45 years of travel and over 50 tours

He constantly went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were having a great time. He was kind, patient, and has a real passion for what he does. Also has a great sense of humor. My husband, Dr George Thomas & I have just completed a tour of a few cities in your beautiful country from 15th June to 22nd June. I wished to give you feedback regarding the trip from it's planning to its implementation. 1) Nick Cheng was a pleasure to deal with: Prompt, courteous and so approachable. I called him up many times, sometimes even beyond his official hours, but he was always available for me. I'm impressed by his professionalism, and his customized planning of an excellent holiday where I could enjoy the beauty, as well as, the culture of your great country. I grade him 10/10, a marvelous performance indeed! 2) All three guides, Simon, Susan and Anna were very good representatives of your country & its culture. They were informative without being pushy, respected time, allowed us to enjoy the sights and doubled up as friends & photographers when needed! I have fallen in love with your country because I saw many Chinese people were happy and comfortable with the lives they lead. One week in China was an eye opening experience. An amazing way to experience Japan in a short trip for your first time. Being able to meet people all over the world and share the experience was perfect. For the price and freedom to explore when not busy was worth every cent. Almost overwhelming how much you get to see and do in the prettiest place in the world. Fantastic itinerary, we had so many amazing experiences, we learnt a lot about the culture, history and people. We experienced many things that we would not have if we had travelled alone. Our guide was passionate and entertaining. He was a font of knowledge and added to our enjoyment I have not felt as relaxed travelling solo, knowing that all the transport, porterage etc was taken care of allowed me to enjoy the experience without the stress.
