The coach was good. Not a full bus so we could spread out. Itinerary went to plan, saw everything that was on the itinerary. Only on the last hotel which was in New Orleans was disappointing. Staff very rude, stayed three nights but no fresh towels or rubbish emptied.

The tour company left a message at our hotel telling us what time they would pick us up the next day. They were exactly on time which was great. Our tour guide (Frank) was absolutely wonderful. So informative and he spoke english and spanish so well. I liked the fact there were only about 7 or 8 in our group too. It meant you had no trouble hearing what was being said. The walking tour of Valparaiso was a great way to see the place and if there was anything anyone in the group particularly wanted to look at it wasn't a problem. Lunch was at your own cost but it was a great restaurant that was chosen with wonderful views of Valparaiso. Visiting Vina Del Mar was good also and finishing the tour with a wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley was the perfect end to the day.

A challenging and rewarding trek made unforgettable by an excellent team of guides and porters. Over 4 days of trekking we saw enormous and beautiful Andes mountains, countless flora, many birds, llamas, coati, and several Inca archeological sites, concluding with Machu Picchu. The Inca sites on the trail were much more secluded than Machu Picchu and we had time to explore them at our leisure. The Inca trail itself is an impressive feat - a stone path tracing through the mountains, up & down slopes. Climbing a set of Inca stairs at high altitude in a cloud forest was an unforgettable experience. I recommend having a base level of fitness and using trekking poles to better enjoy the hike.

Well planned route with lovely destinations

This was a beautifully curated itinerary that provided a perfect balance of iconic highlights, cultural experiences, and free time to explore independently. The accommodations were well located, transportation arrangements were seamless, and the pace allowed us to truly enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. The combination of vibrant cities, historic landmarks, local cuisine, and scenic countryside made the journey through Spain and Portugal unforgettable. Highlights included the rich culture of Madrid, the architecture and atmosphere of Barcelona, the charm of Seville, and the stunning landscapes and hospitality throughout Portugal. The attention to detail and organization gave us confidence throughout the trip, while still allowing flexibility for personal discoveries. We would highly recommend this itinerary to anyone looking for a stylish, well-planned, and memorable experience in Spain and Portugal.

We had a fabulous nine-day tour, including the two day Inca experience, Inca trail/Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain. John, our contact, met us at the airport and helped us generally acclimate to the new culture. We cannot praise Adolfo, our guide, enough for his knowledge, experience, and attentiveness to our needs. He was so fun to be with. Our driver, Edgar, was excellent. All over, a fantastic adventure.

This tour operator organized a cultural, spiritual and community immersion for me, my husband, my adult daughter and her boyfriend for 16 days in late February/early March of 2023. It was the most exciting trip I’ve taken. This is saying a lot considering I have spent a lifetime of travel, both personal and professional, focusing on Latin America. Everything ran smoothly, even with chaotic settings and complex logistics. A big part of this was by providing us with amazing guides, starting with Jahel Amaru, who met us at the La Paz airport to whisk us across the altiplano to Oruro for its truly spectacular Carnival. Jahel is knowledgeable, patient, down-to-earth, smart patient, funny, and an extremely enjoyable person to spend time with. She guided us through the hectic Oruro Carnaval during its culminating weekend - with boundless energy and contagious enthusiasm. We had the time of our lives cheering on the colorful characters as they paraded and danced thanks to Jahel knowing exactly where to go, when, and providing invaluable context. Community tourism (where visitors are connected with everyday Bolivians to learn about their lives) - has started to blossom in Bolivia, and this company is one of its pioneers. We got to experience it in Potosi, where we had another excellent guide, Marlene Quispe. She took us through Cerro Rico mine, which was the world’s leading supplier of silver. Marlene has close ties to mining: her brothers, parents and even she has worked there. As we ventured deeper into the earth, we learned from her about the mining process and cooperatives involved with it. She also introduced us to one of the mine's “tios” (“uncles” who are believed to protect miners), to whom she made an offering as she explained his importance. Marlene took us to the Quechua community of Phuto Phuto, one of several in the rural district Cabanias that welcomes visitors as part of its community tourism program. Families take turns showing visitors their homes and traditions, including cooking huts with steaming pots, whose contents you later share for lunch. Marlene and one of the family members we met then led us on a beautiful hike to a spot where they invited us to participate in a ritual offering to Pacha Mama (Mother Earth). It was an incredible day I will always remember. Another wonderful community tourism experience was in the majestic Cordillera Real (Central Andean range), where we appreciated both the nature and culture of the region by staying near the town of Tuni with the multi-generational Quispe family (not related to Marlene). Family members share with guests Aymara traditions like placing fishing nets, spinning yarn, making quinoa flour, and shearing alpaca fleece. Patriarch Jaime is a charismatic host and a certified mountain guide who along with his adult son Denys, also a certified mountain guide, have expertise leading visitors of different ages and abilities. We loved staying with them! There are a few other places that stood out on our trip: Hostal Las Olas in Copacabana on the shore of Lake Titicaca with gorgeous, artistic “cabins” and lovely views Templo del Retiro Espiritual Cruz Andina (the Andean Cross Spiritual Retreat Center), in Tiwanaku steps from the ruins and owned by spiritual and cultural guide Rosse Mary Vargas Vilela. It’s filled with cats and crystals and offers delicious vegetarian meals. This is not a stop for everyone, but worth visiting or staying in if you are interested in mindfulness, ancient healing, and/or new age spirituality.

What a wonderful trip with a wide variety of experiences! We traveled all over Bolivia and were able to see and learn about the very diverse parts of the country, from Lake Titicaca to the salt flats and La Paz to Sucre. We had great guides and the trip truly exceeded our expectations.

As our guide would say "The point is this, my friends"... and the day begins. This was one of the best experience I have had. Our guide - Gary - made sure we were on schedule on the trek. He explained to us all the pros and cons and how to get the most out of the Inca Trail. The porters were great. The chef - Julio - made the best camp meals for vegetarians. The scenery is breathtaking. Yes it may seem long and a lot of walking but its worth it. The team made the whole journey worthwhile - from booking to the end. Rosmel - our booking contact kept us informed all the time. Don't hesitate, just do it. Great guide, chef and company. Mahesh

My wife and I just returned from an amazing 11-day trip to Costa Rica. Yuliana helped us to put together a private tour designed specifically for us. No amount of time and effort would have let us do it ourselves. We were most interested in the landscape and animals, and our private driver was able to take us to fabulous sights. We stayed in unusual accommodations including a tree house in the jungle and a villa at the Arenal volcano. We recommend Yuliana and her agency very highly and also our wonderful guide and driver, Roy.

Best Adventure Vacation Ever! Eco Quechua Lodge in Santa Teresa, Peru is a magical blend of adventure, serenity and culture. Our original plan was to do the traditional Inca Trail Trek camping in tents but we didn't have enough vacation days to work it in. I'm not really that hard-core of an outdoors person but wanted to have an adventure with my son so we scored big finding Eco Quechua Lodge. We loved every minute of our stay from the amazing Peruvian cuisine to the beautiful open-air rooms. Simple perfection for anyone craving an eco- friendly nature experience. We did the 4 day adventure package with Sacred Valley tour, canopy zip-lining, coffee tour, hot springs and Inca trail hike and Machu Picchu. Truly an amazing experience!!!!
