We had a fantastic experience with the team planning for our first trip to Chile! Claudia organized an incredible trip, including Santiago, Valparaiso, and then domestic flights to San Pedro de Atacama and Patagonia. We had the most magical trip and appreciated the thoughtful planning and considerations to help us make the most of our vacation! We also loved working with Joaquina from the Customer Service Team, who took care of us throughout all of our adventures! Our Guide Ellioth "Elliot" was amazing! I have been on many tours and expeditions but never had a guide that knew, or found out anything from information on our travel times to knowing more about his home countries history and neighboring country of Ecuador history better than I know American History and I have a degree in it. My day was always full of fun excitement and things I have never seen before and may never again. The detail in the travel and tours were planned out so one never felt really rushed. Remember this is a TOUR not a Vacation. There is a lot of walking and physical activity but after watching one individual in our group I am now convinced everyone who can manage 20 to 30 stairs at a time with breaks will be fine. The guides work at the groups pace and the group if they are good help the others when and if needed. The terrain is not flat or paved lots of place. Wear comfortable shoes. Underwater camera is recommended in my opinion. Binoculars I also highly recommend. For snorkeling they will let you use life rings and more buoyant if you struggle with your face in the water. Snorkeling off the beach is easier than off the side of a zodiac. SUN SCREEN, HAT, SUN GLASSES...DON'T FORGET THESE!! One more fun thing that I learned on the trip is that people in Peru and Ecuador LOVE $2 BILLS. 2 dollar bills are considered lucky and rare, so if you want to make your guide and other locals that assist you on your adventures day better take some with! THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I did this tour and really enjoyed it. The itinerary was packed but fun. Beaches, islands, waterfalls, a bit of culture, and some beautiful nature spots. Saona Island and Los Haitises were my favorite parts. The guides were friendly, the transport was comfortable, and everything was well organized, so I didn’t have to worry about planning anything. It’s a great option if you want to see a lot of the Dominican Republic in a short time. Overall, super solid tour and definitely worth it!

I just returned from my recent trip to the Dominican Republic (November 2025). It was a last minute trip and I went Solo. As a woman, who traveled alone, it was vital to find an organized way to enjoy the Dominican Republic for safety and best use of my time. I found Charlie the Traveler, who's organization had a 6 day itinerary available for me. The price was very worth it. They arranged all the airport pick up and drop off, hotel arrangements and all the day trips. The excursions were very diverse and gave me the opportunity to see many of the important landmarks in just 6 days. I wish I had stayed longer but I had to go back to work. I got to see the beaches, mountains, caves and historical locations. We went to Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Saona, and many other places. I highly recommend using them whether it's a solo or group trip. We communicated via Whatsapp everyday and they always checked in on me and were available if any issues arose. I would definitely use their services again with my friends or family or solo again!

Amazing trip. World Expeditions made the whole experience easy from day 1 until the last day we departed. I took my 13 and 15 year old son and we all felt like we were adventuring without losing some of the basic comforts to make the trip feel a little easier. Would highly recommend.
