We had a great time with our Europamundo guide, Maria. She was very professional and made a great effort to see to it that everything goes smoothly. Agnes, the guide from Barcelona, was also very informative and amazing. If all of the guides you have are like them, then I would without a doubt book with you again. I also appreciate the free time and transfers provided for dinner. Just a few points for improvement would pertain to more sites visited. I understand that the logic is that a not a lot of people want to do the same thing but I wish more maps and more detailed information could be provided as to how to go about the city. Maria was able to provide maps and information on how to get about the city and it was sufficient of course. However, some travellers who are not attuned to traveling might be a little iffy in exploring on their own. In general though, great tour and Id definitely do it again.

We saw a lot of Sapin which was what we wanted. The itinerary was great. However, it was a bit rushed and a lot more walking then indicated.
The coach was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, nice big window as long as you were not seated by a partition of the windows.
The hotels were for the most part very nice. The hotel in Valencia was terrible.

Think some hotels like the AC Marriot and Hotel Santemar had rather bad wifi. Tryp Zaragoza breakfast restaurant was more like a makeshift communal hall. Rachel and Isabel were fantastic. Despite being stressed by such a large group, things went smoothly. Kudos to them. Local guide in Zaragoza and Barcelona were exceptional

Overall, the trip was excellent, the local guide provided interesting local anecdotes. However we are a bit unsure why the hotel in general did not have tea/coffee making facility, which is normal in Australia.
This was a GREAT trip I found the experiences with the guides wonderful. They were very informative and interesting.Inart of the trip I was the only English person. The guide that worked with me was Maria Hoyer. She was very very good, provided detailed information, was very easy to talk to and had a GREAT personality. This in particular is key to a memorable experience. She made that part of the trip very enjoyable

Things were covered as per itinerary and guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. But for 5 day trip to Spain, I feel only Barcelona and Montserrat would be better for a 5 day trip. There was not enough time to see Barcelona. The trip from Madrid to Barcelona was too tiring for a 5 day trip. Hotel Hamilton by Hilton in Barcelona was very nice and spacious room. Room in Hotel Prada in Madrid was too small and congested.
Barcelona, Carcassonne, and Andorra La Vella await on the 'Catalonia, South of France and Andorra' walking tour. In just four days, this easy-paced group trip offers mature travelers a taste of Spanish, French, and Andorran charm, with hotel stays, transport, and meals included. The itinerary is designed to maximize comfort and cultural exposure within a short timeframe. The unique selling point is the inclusion of Andorra, a hidden gem nestled in the Pyrenees, making this trip a rare opportunity to experience three countries in a single, accessible journey.
The hotels in Madrid (praga) and Seville (alcora) were very bad. There was bad air conditioning..was hot in the room. We complained but nothing was done by hotel. The wi fi was only working on the common area..no connection in the room. Hotel prga breakfast was also quote bad and so was alcora. These are hotels that cater to large groups and that takes away from the comfort and experience of the trip. This was the only criticism of the their trip. Bad hotels provided.
Picture yourself wandering through the medieval alleys of Carcassonne, the sunny streets of Barcelona, and the vibrant markets of Marseille—all in just four days. The 'Catalonia, South of France and Provence' walking tour provides a relaxed yet memorable experience, specially curated for seniors. With hotel accommodation, transport, and meals included, this group trip is as worry-free as it is diverse. Its unique edge is the seamless combination of Catalan and Provençal cultures, offering a compact yet rich exploration of both France and Spain.
Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.
