We can highly recommend doing this Trek. It is a tough hiking trek (since you will be at very high altitudes for multiple days in a row) but the views make up for it - the landscape is stunning. Our Guide (Sanchaman Rai) explained a lot and did his best so that we felt always safe and secure. When we could not finish the first pass (Kongma La) - Sanchaman adjusted our plan so that we could do the other two passes, even though we lost a day. All in all it was a great trek with a great tour agency. (Hint: If you think about doing the Trek in less than 16Days - it may be possible, but make sure that you acclimatize correctly otherwise you will not enjoy the experience :-). In our opinion 16 Days is the perfekt amount of time).

The Annapurna circuit trek was incredible. Our guide Raju (pics attached) made it so special- he was the best guide ever. Nima our porter was also excellent, very kind always putting us first. We felt very well looked after. A couple of days in I fell ill, but Raju put my needs at the forefront. He made sure I was safe at all times, constantly checking my oxygen levels and breathing, I felt very safe. In his supply’s he had some medication which cleared the illness. If it wasn’t for Raju’s preparation I don’t think I would have been able to finish the trek- I am so grateful The views and trekking routes were spot on. Raju was very knowledgable telling us about the mountains but also giving us space to walk together- he had the perfect balance. The guest houses were excellent, much better than I had expected with a private room at all of the locations. Excellent food options too, 3 large meals a day, we weren’t going to go hungry! We (a group of five students) really enjoyed our 5 day trekking tour through Langtang Valley - but also the two days of sightseeing that were included in the package. We were driven around in a private jeep and had the opportunity to see various temples. Moreover, we were already accompanied by our trekking guide during the first day of sightseeing before the actual trek so that we had the opportunity to get to know each other beforehand. Our guide was highly experienced and had climbed Mount Everest already multiple times. He was very friendly and caring. For example, he organized additional blankets for us when it was very cold at night. Furthermore, during the walks, he adapted to our pace and let us take breaks when we needed them. All in all, we can recommend this trek to anyone who is interested in trekking.
