We recently concluded a two-week trip travelling throughout Sri Lanka using World Expeditions. Going valley in the morning over 4000m was severe coldness in winter because no sunshine due to surrounding mountains and wind. (Dingboche to Lobche)
It might be better to add 1 more layer, considering the weather.
Since a bit earlier than year end holiday, I could spend more quiet time.
On the way to back, I met more people who were going up.
Mr Bibek, the guide was knowledgeable and explained the mountains.
He was good advisor also for health conditions but you should know yourself first.

"We loved our tours and the tour company was able to accommodate all our needs and show us a ton of India in a short amount of time. We jumped around to Varanasi, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Bhopal (on our own for a wedding), and loved every minute of it. Was certainly packed but was our own doing and very fulfilling trip!
Anu and Debasish in particular were great to work with and were very on top of logistics and coordinating everything to meet our interests. Also shout out to Rakesh who was our driver in Delhi and then again from Jaipur to Agra to Delhi — great guy!
