This stunning trek goes along the Batura Glaciers. Patundas is a summer pasture with an altitude of above 4000 meters. The villagers of Ghulkin take there cattle to this green pasture from June to August The fascinating view of Passu Peak 7284m, Batura Peak 7500m, Shishper 7619m, Dasteghil Sar 7885, Momhil Sar 7342 and Rakaposhi with the height of 7788m all around you. The trek starts at Borit Lake and goes through Passugar, Luzhdar and Patundas and along the glaciers. We took Jeep to Dharapani then walk. Our Guide try to skip the road but still we had to walk some part along the road. via Upper Pisang to Ghyaru and Ghyaru to Ngawal to Manang was nice .
Our tour company provided us perfect Guide, arrange nice tea house.
I went solo in low season (Jan) and it was amazing! It was cold at night, but i had the trail and all of the lodges to myself. That's how I like it. If you prefer a more solitary experience, this is the time to do it. Also, blue skies the entire time. I did 12 days that included Poon Hill and Anapurna Base Camp. Ramesh was my guide and he was the best! He really knows his stuff took care of everything. Such a great person too. I had been wanting to do this for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Seriously the trip of a lifetime. This outfit was recommended to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm telling everyone who will listen to come to Nepal and get into the mountains with these guys!

I booked this trek at quite short notice in September 2018.
My schedule was a bit tight so I had to cut the trip short from the standard 12 days down to 11, but this was no problem for Friends adventure who were able to fit the trek in plus an extra day of whitewater rafting as well.
Hira, my guide, was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly and made sure everything went to plan, so that I managed to make it to Base Camp and Kala Pathar as well (and I'm an unfit 50 year old who hadn't really done enough training).
The trek itself was spectacular and everything I'd hoped it would be.
I would definitely recommend Friends Adventure to anyone planning a trip to Nepal.
