I had an amazing time on the Absolutely Spain tour with Eskapas! As a vegetarian, I was a bit worried about finding meal options, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The tour was well-planned and included a variety of dining choices that catered to different dietary needs. Eskapas did a fantastic job making sure everyone was comfortable. And as for Spain itself, I was blown away—especially by Granada! I didn’t expect it to be such an impressive city, but its history and beauty were truly captivating. Lisbon was awesome as was the Island Maderia. One of the issues that upset me was the fact that the tour manager assumed that all of us had cell phones. He was texting all of his directions to everyone. I told him that wouldn't work with me. I don't own a cell phone. He did start giving some directions at night verbally, but I still didn't get all of his directions that he texted to everyone else.

The itinerary provided so much enjoyment, filled with variety, excitement, and entertainment. it combined scheduled events with added free time to explore on our own. The breaks in driving time was well planned out but, ALL FUTURE tour busses MUST have a WC on board. The accommodations for the most part were like no other. Just one location should be taken off the list in Savilla, it is not a good representation of you fine company. All in all, it was FANTASTIC and a bucket list item that I am so glad I took. Thank you

Montsie wasnt great at giving us information about the optional extras so no one got to attend the flamenco dinner and show in Madrid.
While she was always nice and friendly to me and my companion, at times she was rude to the other travellers. It would help if the guides could have copies of the city maps with them and mark the routes back to the hotel. We had to wait for the guides to get the maps from the information centres and then figure out how to get back to the hotel. some stops we could have missed and others we could have spent more time. Example, more time in Malaga and skip Marbella. When Maria joined us, we finally got information about the optional extras, but couldnt take advantage because there had to be a minimum of 15 people. You were lucky we decided to go with your tour because the details are very lacking until you confirm the trip. Also you send emails in Spanish only which is not good for people like me who only speak and read English. Maria was fantastic as a guide and a great asset to your company. She was training Ana and did a fantastic job. Ana has great potential to become another great asset to your company.
