What a fantastic week, despite the unusually high temperatures. I have learned so much thanks to Craig's amazing knowledge of the area. History, natural history, geology, local cuisine, and much more. The itinerary was full-on, but still left plenty of time to wander and explore for ourselves. The break in the countryside was very welcome and a perfect contrast with the cities. The hotels were all comfortable and clean, and very convenient for visiting the main sites of the old city centres. Make sure you buy tickets for the optional visits as they get very busy, especially the Alcazar and Cathedral in Seville. The cave visit midweek is also highly recommended, especially if it's baking outside.

A wonderful trip featuring two nights each in four hotels (Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and Lisbon) over eight nights, with many, many hours on a motor coach in between hotel cities. Included and optional tours were great but I wish the trip was three nights each in three cities instead.

Our coach driver, was also amazing as well! We always felt safe and he so expertly navigated the bus through tight spaces. The Trafalgar team was great and safely showed us the great sores in Barcelona, Zaragoza, Madrid, Toledo, Seville, Lisbon, Cascáis and Sintra. What a great experience. There are a couple of days of bus rides, but they are broken up with comfort stops and tours in many cases. Great hotel choices too.
