I enjoyed many parts of the tour and thought Carolina was a very good guide. I would have liked to have been able to access a more detailed itinerary from the website prior to booking so that Id have known the we only had a few hours in Oslo, which I felt was far too little time. The tour guides in Oslo and Stockholm were clearly knowledgeable, but their English language skills were lacking somewhat. My largest complaint about the conduction of the tour was the final day in Stockholm in which we had a guided tour for the whole group that ended very abruptly. I had not signed on for the extra/optional second part of the tour, but Id assumed I would be dropped off at the hotel after the initial part of the tour concluded. Instead we were essentially abandoned without any notice or explanation in a part of town that was a few miles away from the hotel. I would have appreciated it if wed been told in advance that we would not be returned to the hotel so that I could have planned accordingly. The hotel selections were very good, and the breakfast included with those hotels was very delicious.

We were a family of 4 and after lot of apprehensions and research, we opted to go with EuropaMundo for our ‘Fabolous Poland and Fjords ending in Copenhagen tour’ 14 days. This was our fourth Europe tour overall and with EuropaMundo the first. The anxiety we had prior to the beginning of the tour instantly disappeared the moment our English tour guide YURENA PÉREZ WAHLBERG met us at the hotel reception in Warsaw on Day – 2 of our tour. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease that after that point the whole tour was just a roller coaster for us. She is a highly professional, well trained guide who we would rate excellent - 10 out of 10 stars. Her knowledge on the local, geographical, cultural and religious subjects was excellent. Furthermore, she always went out of her way and ensured that we as a ‘Family’ get our accommodation rooms next to each other. She is a reason we might opt to go back with EuropaMundo again for any of our future trips. The Spanish tour guide Paula was equally friendly and well informed and popular among her Spanish group. Our overall experience with EuropaMundo was satisfactory. The itinerary was organized effectively and followed to the T. Though people sometimes feel extensive walking / long driving hours but considering the itinerary, we felt this was expected and we were well mentally prepared as it was pre-informed in the itinerary provided by EuropaMundo well in advance. Even my 8 year younger kid could walk and keep up to the pace. Moreover, the highlight of the tour was that we could interact with co-passengers from different countries having diverse ethnic backgrounds. Everyone was so pleasantly joyous to interact with. We could learn quite a few new words in different languages while interacting with all. A big shout to one local guide in Warsaw – Agneska, who was so professional and excellent in her job. She was so well prepared and carried a booklet with visual photographs that depicted the entire history of Warsaw and Poland relating to the World War II. Her story telling along with the visual photographs created such a lasting emotional connect as if we were traveling back in time and reliving in that era. Hats off to her I recommend Europa Mundo to always hire her as local guide for the city tour in Warsaw. She deserves that…. Another big shout to our tour driver Marius – who ensured we reach safely to our destinations. Especially once there was some technical issue with the bus which he managed professionally well and drove slowly to ensure safety of all passengers. Areas for further improvement: 1.Solidarity centre visit in Gdansk together with World War II museum was bit overdose. Could have been avoided. Instead, free time at the town square could have been a better option 2.A boat trip at Geiranger closer to the narrow point of Fjord would have been a good inclusion 3.A little more time in the beautiful Sopot in order to have the opportunity to walk on the 500m pier and explore further My overall rating – 4.5 out of 5

My husband and I took this tour to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips of our lives. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable. She even arranged a surprise dessert at dinner one evening which brought tears of joy to my eyes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel celebrated and appreciated. We also enjoyed connecting with fellow travelers from different backgrounds. This trip reminded us why we fell in love with eachpther in the first place. Scandinavia and the Baltic were destinations we’d always dreamed of, and the team made it all possible without the stress of planning every detail. We came home with beautiful memories, hundreds of photos, and hearts full of gratitude. We would absolutely recommend this tour especially for special milestones. Our Legendary Fjords and Northern Poland End Warsaw tour was an incredible adventure and we enjoyed every moment. The landscapes in Norway were incredible and visiting the small towns along the way, and experiencing the Fjords was wonderful. Tours of the big cities were also enjoyable, and the local guides were real experts. We would have liked more time in Oslo in the Sculpture Park, felt a bit rushed. We loved the included funicular, Ferries, and especially the overnight Ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen which was a unique experience. Overall, the itinerary was excellent. There were 2 days of very early morning start, but most days, we started the days in comfortable times. The 2 days that we covered 500+ km would have been better if there were scheduled comfort stops rather than people having to ask to stop. On Sunday, after Gilo, we stopped at a place that had no lunch, everything was closed, and the Guides shortened lunch time by 30 minutes, so we did not eat at all for hours. Tour guide Miguel and Veronica were very good. It was hard to listen to translations in 3 languages. Both were knowledgeable and gave us enough information, but not too much to overwhelm. Guide Veronica was sometimes in a bad mood. The hotels were very good, itinerary and logistics were excellent. Would have loved to have more walking opportunities during the many days on the bus in Norway. Bus needs to have wifi and charging port.
