Visit the beautiful South Pacific coast of Costa Rica during this four-day, self-guided trip. This particular region of the country is home to more than three percent of Costa Rica's biodiversity. Enjoy a boat tour to Cano Island and snorkel around its water. This island is currently a natural reserve and a great destination for those interested in snorkeling and observing marine wildlife, but used to be a pre-Columbian cemetery in the past.

We had the best time on our Costa Rica trip. I was worried about the coordination, but all went smoothly. The communication was fantastic and and when little things happened they were always available on Whatsapp for updates and reassurance. They were very flexible when I wanted to change things slightly at the last minute towards the end of the trip. I would highly recommend this company.

We loved the trip but the packing list was not correct. I packed shampoo and stuff that the resorts provided which wasted room and weight in my luggage. Also there was no need for water purification tablets. We didn't need a whistle or an outlet adapter so I would take these off the list since they take up space in the luggage. A poncho is a must. Everyone we worked with was very professional and positive

A wonderful voyage of discovery which takes you to each region of Costa Rica ...all made up of unique climate zones with varying birdlife and wildlife. I would hardly identify myself as someone who usually goes out searching for birdlife or wildlife, but this trip captivates you to get involved and go searching ...often early in the morning or in the evening. Costa Rica is incredibly lush with a small population and a government appearing to work hard on sustainability and protection of the environment. There were a lot of roadworks in evidence! All the accommodation was excellent and all the Lodges, each one different, were a delight. They allowed you the luxury of sitting on your own veranda allowing the birdlife and wildlife to 'come to you' as you were in their environment. Our trip spent its last night miles outside of San Jose centre which, although the hotel was lovely, was a disappointment for me as I'd wanted to spend the free afternoon exploring the vibrant downtown area with its parks, local shops, lovely buildings, museums etc but this wasn't feasible from Santa Ana. I've mentioned this to Exodus. We had a few downpours...mainly late afternoons, but only were out on a trip during one downpour and the Lodge provided everyone with huge ponchos...the rain didn't spoil the delight of the boat trip. Suggest a waterproof jacket, strong trainers or walking shoes and a camera with a good zoom lens should be priorities for packing!

What a fantastic adventure. This Wellness Trip has the best of both worlds and includes both adventure and relaxation. I loved incorporating meditation and yoga into fun activities like canyoning, horseback riding, and hot springs. I loved everything from the hotels to the CEO to the locations and activities. We had a great adventure traversing Costa Rica from the Pacific coast to the Carribbean coast. Our guide Carlos was excellent - our safety and well being together with getting the most out of this experience was his highest priority. His knowledge of the flora and fauna and local culture in the areas we travelled through enabled us to fully appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of Costa Rica . His wingman Vito made the transition from various activities effortless. As an added bonus both he and Carlos were excellent cooks! We had a great experience and would recommend the trip to others.
