Overall, my experience in Costa Rica was a mix of incredible moments and some disappointments. While I had the pleasure of staying at authentic, boutique properties offering unique and immersive experiences, some larger, more commercial accommodations fell short in terms of service and attention to detail. However, the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and the knowledge, care, and attention of a great guide made all the difference, turning every day into a memorable and enriching experience.
