I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. I had the most amazing experience and time of my life on this tour. Choosing G Adventures and the 'Gotta-See Europe: Germany, Austria and Italy' tour was one of the best decisions of my life. Every place we went to was so beautiful, rich of history and culture and truly unique. The included activities were so much and full of variety as we relaxed in lakes, went on bike rides, visited museums and much more. This tour was the perfect blend of free time and included activities. Through this I was able to not only have an extremely joyful and relaxing vacation but it also enabled me to achieve so many things including improving my skills for travelling without feeling the stress of having to figure this out alone in a foreign continent and on the other side of the world. I definitely recommend this tour, especially to young, solo and inexperienced travelers but really to anyone who has a passion for travel and who is open to meeting new people and trying new experiences.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.

I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me And my husband. It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed
