Really enjoyed the tour although it included very long driving hours on some days. Packing lighter would definitely have helped in getting around more easily as we changed hotels almost every day and some of them had a small walk from the drop off point. The group itself was amazing with the tour leader Darius being helpful and attentive. Our driver Pascal was excellent and we had bathroom stops every 3 hours or so in nice service stations having good food and snacks options.

Highlights of Bohemia has been my dream trip since 2019 (as my initial booking was cancelled more than once during 2020-2021 due to the pandemic and related social issues) and I'm so happy I was finally able to experience it. The trip was thoughtfully and wonderfully planned out. The coach travel was well-timed (with plenty of stops and even a couple of movies during the longer stretches). Having two nights for each hotel stay allowed the right balance of rest and travel. The itinerary was well-balanced between structured/ guided and free/ personal time and neither ever felt like too much or too little of either. The Tour Director was amazing in every way; extremely good at balancing and accomadating group and individual needs and, along with the Local Specialists provided global and local historical and social perspectives, as well as helpful suggestions for the best use of our free time. The drivers were safe and very helpful, and the coach was always clean and comfortable. Hotels were mostly centrally located, also allowing a better personal experience for those like me who enjoy wandering and enjoying local venues and persons.

This trip was absolutely amazing! It has wonderful scenery and architecture. The history of these countries make you think about humanity and the resolve of people. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the countries. The hotels were centrally located, clean and very comfortable. The extra excursions were fun! This tour was just amazing. We had Robi as our bus driver and Darius as the tour leader and loved every minute of it. I had a leg injury and found the walking tours difficult so my tour leader always managed to come up with ways for me to still be included. We did most of the optional extras and loved everything. The hotels are out of town but close to public transport, all meals were nice and the group were all supportive of each other. Our tour would not have been the same without our tour leader, his professionalism and knowledge and positive attitude made our experience a dream come true. Our bus driver Robi had fantastic driving skills and we always felt safe and in good hands. I would gladly do another Expat Explore tour with these two guys. Just amazing!!

Loved the whole experience- visited all the best countries in Europe, tasted wines, spirits and other European alcohol In cheapest prices. It’s not suitable for asians with dark skin and if you’re over 34 yrs old unless you have a thick skin to not give any reaction to the comments some people make as a joke- only because they are white and still young. Not sure what they are so proud about in those moments. Other than that I enjoyed my time with rest of them. The price was on discount- I had to add on some extra adventures which worth it. Honestly 24 days is finished so quickly. Recommend to all the people who like explore Europe more in less time in cheaper price. Great work contiki, I am on my second one now- in Thailand, this group of approx 30 people is much better than European escapades (just my personal experience).
