I was a bit worried at the start with the room confusion but once that was straightened out, I felt much better. I have never been on a group tour and loved the small size of the group. I knew before our first dinner was over that it was going to be a great trip. The tour with Destination Services was great! Ysmail was very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything. Victor was very helpful with the luggages and made sure that the bus is clean. Hotel accommodations were nicely picked as well. The only thing I was not expecting was the 2 days that we were left on our own to go back to the hotel due to extra activities that we did not participate. Other than that, all great experience!
