The Choquequiro trek was a trek of a lifetime. A strenuous but scenically rewarding hike with the final visit to the site a wonderfully rewarding experience. Amazing cooks/porters and logistics along the way.

Perfection. I have nothing to complain about. And it was truly the trip of a lifetime. I’ve wanted to visit Peru since I was 3 years old watching Jacque Cousteau (I’m 59 now) and it was every bit as magical, intriguing, awe inspiring, and beautiful as I had hoped.

The 21 day adventure exceeded my expectations. It provided a wonderful introduction to the history and diversity of Peru’s culture. The hike to Machu Picchu was, in places, challenging but imminently doable. The tour leaders were knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and interesting people.
My desire to participate in another G Adventures tour is driven in large part by the quality of their tour leaders.

Our trip to Peru was executed flawlessly thanks to the organization and effort of G Adventures and our incredible guide, Wenny. We got to see and experience so many different things and Wenny took such amazing care of our group. It has been a fantastic experience. I didn’t know what to expect from an organised tour. I usually organise my own trips, but I have been impressed. The level or organisation and attention experienced was second to none. I’d choose G adventures again without hesitation.
