The trail was epic ! The best experience of my life ! Our guide Lucy managed logistics very well. She was knowledgeable and kept us moving together well. Our chef, Wenceslao needs to be crowned as the star of the trip. I’m vegan and he made me food that exceeded any expectations and beyond. Very happy, the tour was mostly as expected, travel was mostly smooth and we got to see and do lots of things in a month which was amazing. One thing I would rate low is the booking experience, website was down, multiple people I spoke to were completely lost (one was very helpful and she’s probably the reason I booked because I was about to give up) the itinerary disappeared afterwards and when I contacted you I spoke to another completely lost person who was massively unhelpful. no one thought to give me heads up that i need to provide evidence of onward travel for Peru and I almost didn’t make my plane, etc. overall I would say your guides on the tours are very organized compared to the people doing the bookings and providing support and you should definitely work on that.
