The porters, including Prakash/Bhote ( as they called) and Anil. Kumar, went above and beyond their duties. Not only did they shoulder the weight of our bulky bags throughout the trek, but they also offered invaluable assistance on challenging terrains, ensuring our safety and comfort. Their warm demeanor and genuine Nepali hospitality enriched our journey, making it truly memorable. I had a great time on this trek and Raj was an incredible guide with great communication throughout. His hospitality, and flexibility were incredibly welcomed and the trek was fairly challenging for one of the more 'moderate' hikes. Loved the experience and could not be happier!
Wonderful trek experience, my favorite part was the Tsum Valley extension - walking through the pine forest, with rhododendrons in bloom and surrounded by birdsong, was lovely, particularly with the reduced levels of donkey traffic relative to the main route! Crossing the Larkya La in perfect weather made for a stunning climax to the trip.
