The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.
We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. In Innsbruck - very little time,,, Innsbruck nice place but fully waste bcoz of time consent.
They want to make a count that they taken to Innsbruck, in Innsbruck they didn’t given time they taken kitbhuel almost in sunset time nothing they to see,,, actual stay as per itnery was kitzbhuel , but the stay was at salaburg, so Innsbruck kitzbhuel totally waste ,, just fill the itnery ,,Upto Zürich bus was good, Zürich to Innsbruck bus was ok,, after Innsbruck bus not good .
