The fact that the circuit also allowed me to see smaller places like Volendam, Beaune, Noyers, Brugges made it a fulfilling experience. It gave an insight into the side of Europe thats not frequented by tourists. That was fabulous
ROME-FLORENCE
On Day 2 Rome City Tour, we boarded the wrong bus but the tour leader Patricia from Rome and the wrong bus Spanish group tour leader did not bother to help and gave us a lot of emotional distress. Patricia was usually late by 30 minutes but on Day 4 she had no mercy for some travelers who were late by 3 minutes and she left them stranded in the middle of the highway between Rome and Florence. Patricias attitude towards English speaking travelers was totally unacceptable.

Fortunately from Day 5 onwards Marcia Cruz from Portugal took over and she was amazing and caring.
Some places we feel very little time given which is not enough. Trip was good,,
But lot of places , they just given very little time for visit that also including lunch,,
In Innsbruck - very little time,,, Innsbruck nice place but fully waste bcoz of time consent.
They want to make a count that they taken to Innsbruck, in Innsbruck they didn’t given time they taken kitbhuel almost in sunset time nothing they to see,,, actual stay as per itnery was kitzbhuel , but the stay was at salaburg, so Innsbruck kitzbhuel totally waste ,, just fill the itnery ,,Upto Zürich bus was good, Zürich to Innsbruck bus was ok,, after Innsbruck bus not good .

I booked this trip via my Travel Agency, unsure about Europamundo. However, after my 21-day adventure - Europe : East to West from Lisbon - Prague, with my wife and 12 other friends, from 14.3.24 to 3.4.24, I am so glad that I decided on Europamundo. The daily itinerary was compact, interesting and meaningful. The travel buses were comfortable. The hotels were above expectations. Most of the Guides were very informative, systematic , courteous and helpful, though there were a few mechanical, robotic ones as well. Special mention to Gaby and Raquel for establishing personal rapport, responsibility and meaningful acquaintanceship with all the passengers under their charge. Keep UP the good work and standards
This is a very fast paced tour but totally worth it. The drivers and tour guides are amazing They take their job very seriously and they treat everyone with respect. You will need to change bus drivers and guides every few days, depending on your itinerary but the ethics and professionalism of the staff Europamundo has is exceptional my family and I have no complaints. They were all wonderful and new what they were talking about. From our first days with Fernando and Monica to Gaby Mamma Mia and finally to Gildo, everyone of them made sure that we got the best experience on our trip.
