Our guide Anna was very polite and nice. She tried to fulfill everyone needs. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as I did not speak Spanish. She took the time to give us directions and even took us to get food. She was fun to and I think she will be a high asset to your company as everyone wants to feel they got what they paid for. I will certainly recommend Anna to my friends as a guide. Peace
An absolutely brilliant trip with a lovely group of people. Wonderful food, scenery and great hotel. Everyday was a completely different experience - a tour with great variety and something for everyone.

I really enjoyed the tour We got to see so much every day and we had a lot more free time than we thought we would have which was great The local guides we had every day were excellent and our main guide Manuel was amazing He really made the trip great
It was more than a holiday. It was an adventure. So exciting to visit a country that is still emerging but accessible enough to explore so much of. Itinerary was full and varied but not exhausting. Gradual 'feed' of information from our own guide and others on route reinforced by visits to sites. Group size sensibly restricted. Living out of a suitcase not as daunting as expected as this enabled us to see so much more. Enough time allotted for most places except might have been better to have had more time in Berat and a brief stop in Durres.

We just got back from an amazing trip to Turkey, THANKS to our tour guide Murat Erogul who has been one of the best. The trip was more than expected thanks a million to Murat the Tour Guide. He led us through the various sites , his leadership , extensive knowledge of the country, history, his wisdom. He is also extremely professional, engaging, yet humble and extremely helpful to us and the whole group. One specific incident that we personally experienced which Murat promptly and efficiently coordinated during the trip was loss of my cell phone at the Atatic museum of Ataturkin Ankara. I received a message from my son in. Canada through what’s up that my cell phone was left at the security desk , I was extremely impressed by the security guard. I immediately advised Murat of the situation and he immediately coordinated through Mrs Ayla the other guide and Europamundo Operations Halil Yigit who both were extremely helpful and efficiently coordinated the drop off and pick up of my cell phone the very next day I received it. Kudos to all. I would like thank Europamundo team and Murat and will be definitely highly recommend to many friends and family. This was a very enjoyable trip with an exerienced Guide. Eleni really made us live the Ancient Times through her excellent knowledge, educational activities and lovely personnality. The sites we visited were amazing, the 3 star hotels were of a good standard and well located. I highly recommend this trip.
