George was an excellent tour leader. He provided all kinds of interesting and entertaining facts about mythology, Paul and Greece. I would recommend him to others. It is a tough trip and you really need to be able to walk from 16000 to 20000 steps per day. A lot of places were just opening because the tour seasons started that week.

What a wonderful trip! This trip activity level is rated 3 of 4 (strenuous) so be prepared for lots of walking and hiking, although it is ALL very doable. We loved being on the highest mountain peaks, our local guides were knowledgeable and fun, and the towns we visited were quintessential Alps. Our tour guide and driver were so engaging and fun.
