We enjoyed our tour of Greece in spite of the rain and cold weather. We were lucky in some days when we visited beautiful places without the rain. There were lots of tiring walks which we survived. The trip was a very enjoyable one and we were well attended to by your guides Pablo and Maria, both explained things very well and ensured our needs were met. We spent most of the time with Maria and She was super as she knew a whole LOT and in the rare chance she did not know an answer to a question she was great at letting you know shed find out and actually finding the answer and getting back to us. She was a huge part of the comfort we had with this trip. Too, the dear lady lost a close family member but remained with us at a time that could have been very hard for someone to do their job, I felt she went above and beyond what I expected.

I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me And my husband. It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed

The trip was superb although the walking tour is too tiring especially to the more senior ones. but it is worth it. The hotels are good except the one in Paris that we are placed in an area that is not so friendly for tourist.
