This was one of the best tours I've ever taken. Our Tour Leader PK was the best part of the trip. He kept things lively and fun no matter what we were doing, and the time flew by on the bus. From Rome to Venice, Germany and Amsterdam the Christmas part was full of glorious Christmas Markets and good cheer. We had such a good time we forgot where we were sometimes. Paris was the highlight for me, we did an excursion "Paris like the locals" and saw everything from The Arc de Triumph to Notre Dame in beautiful beret's that Peter brought us. Truly one of the best days of my life!!! Switzerland was glorious with a splendid Chalet and a really fun bar right next door. We finished off with Lake Como, Pisa and Florence. New Year's was in Rome, with all of it's splendor. How could you not fall in love with a trip like this??? Please take this tour, I promise you'll not be disappointed. Can't wait to do it all over again!!

Firstly thank you Europamudo for making our trip a good wonderful sweet memory. We had a good relationship with our tour guide namely Emanuel and Xavier. Really appreciate them. They were patient and courteous in all manners. Everything was moving mentioned as per the itinerary. Everything was arranged perfectly. The only problem I want to bring to your notice is the hotel stay in Delta Florence, the staff was not all good and the hotel was too worse and is rated as 4-star category. I was not only myself and my family it was for the whole group staying on that day. This was the inconvenience caused. apart from that every was good once again appreciate you. Definitely, I would come to Europamundo to travel with you again.

There was an interesting mix of people from various countries. Our guides were excellent - Ivana is kind, co operative and taking care of each minute details. As for passenger there was one lady from Argentina Ms ANDREA MUNOZ who was unpleasant to co passengers. She would not straighten her seat at all and this caused great discomfort as the coach was almost full and there were no empty seats to use. Anita for the Spanish market was friendly and helpful too. As for the tour, the Jama Postojna Cave was breathtaking and awesome and also Plitvice National Park was a wonderful surprise. Rest of the cities were good. Maybe a couple of days more in the program would have been idyllic as it got very hectic and tiring and border crossings took most of the time and hence rest of the program has to be rushed. But it was a wonderful experience and most of the co passengers were very happy.

It was a great tour if you wanted to do your own thing but didnt want the hassle of get to from each city finding good hotels. Hotels were a little out of the way. Ibis Zurich didnt seem prepared for handling the extra people needing to eat there. Meals were rushed some days but overall very happy.
