Overall, it was a great experience traveling in spain, morocco and portugal. the english-speaking guides were very accomodating and knowledgeable. abdel was particularly well-versed in history.
Enjoyable trip and good guides esp Pedro Sanchez.Madrid and Barcelona afternoons could have included some visits till 4pm rather than cutting off by noon.

Can we follow up the police report and incident report that was made by our tourist guide name angeles. It was on lyon,inside the bus was stolen ang big travel bag. Amounting 900 a total items was stolen together with the bag.She promised that she will help us and just ff up the documents in europamundo agency in manila.please help us.wee need to claim our insurance.thank a lot and more power to europamundo. Great itinerary around Turkey, made better by an excellent guide Osman who's very professional and knowledgeable. We spent 10 days visiting different parts of Turkey all very interesting. The tour included many dinners and all of them were very good. I loved the hotel in Capadoccia, vey unique and pretty even though it has a lot of stairs.
We had a great time in Turkey.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our recent Expat explore tour "Europe Escape", from 01 - 12 Dec 2024. The tour started and ended in Rome, we were given a good appreciation of both the City and quaint little town along the route which took us to Venice, Tuscany, Florence, Múnich, Rhine Valley, Ámsterdam, Ghent, Paris, Burgandy, Beaune, Montmatre, Lake Como, Rome, the Swiss Alps!!
Oh wow! This was such an amazing trip! Our guide, Roma was so knowledgeable and made it even more exciting with her bubbly personality, and our bus driver, Ishti made us feel so safe on the roads...they were truly awesome! I know that keeping a large group together is no easy feat, but they made us feel like family. They shared very helpful tips about the local places, information that you would not normally know as a tourist. Oh! and we were given these cute little passports and stamps to mark the places as we visited them through the tour...this was a really great idea!

The tour included many nice stops. The tour guide was very young and inexperienced, however, he made the tour enjoyable. The stop at Elvas was awful. The town was vacant and nothing was open for dinner. We had to eat at the hotel but they weren’t prepared to feed the entire tour group. That was poor planning! The hotel was beautiful but my room overlooked what looked like a slum with barking dogs all night. My favorite spot was Peñíscola where I would have like to spend more time. Also would have liked more shopping time alotted. Otherwise the trip was very nice and I would recommend it.
Our family europe tour Italy, France, Switzerland and london was well managed by europamundo. Tour manager was good, Local guide was excellent, Star Hotels was very good apart from in italy. Over all it was excellent tour package managed by europamundo.
