We would certainly recommend this tour and the tour guide did a fatalistic job trying to take care of all requests and had a vast knowledge. The driverwas always helpful and new his route well. On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs .
