They liek to take us to karaoke bars so we didn’t really get to any other cool bars but it was still very fun and u could leave if u wanted. Our driver, Manuel, was wonderful and such a lovely man. We would like to be neighbors to he and his wife . He not only drive us to Tarifa, but walked with us through the town. Then ushered us to the ferry, waited for us to return, and took us back to our hotel. Mohammad, our guide in Tangier was very well versed on the world on which he was raised, and offered us insights into the past and present of his culture and country. Very enjoyable!

It was more than a holiday. It was an adventure. So exciting to visit a country that is still emerging but accessible enough to explore so much of. Itinerary was full and varied but not exhausting. Gradual 'feed' of information from our own guide and others on route reinforced by visits to sites. Group size sensibly restricted. Living out of a suitcase not as daunting as expected as this enabled us to see so much more. Enough time allotted for most places except might have been better to have had more time in Berat and a brief stop in Durres.
