Everything was fantastic. Saw so much of Tuscany and everyday was so enjoyable. Tour manager was incredible, bus driver was excellent and the food was delicious. Our hotel in Montecatini was so pleasant. Each village or city had a tour guide assigned and they were all so knowledgeable. This tour was well worth the money.

The hotels were clean. Breakfast was great. We were only given 2 hours in Pisa. It was not enough time to enter the leaning tower and cathedral. Tickets were required and there was a long line. It took many hours to travel to Innsbruck, Austria so we were not able to eat dinner because the restaurants were closed, including in the hotel.

I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.

Enjoyed the tour however, our experience at the airport in Paris and Nice was not positive. We were dropped off at the wrong terminal. We had more than enough time to make our flight back to LAX but due to the lack of work ethic of the Air France personnel, we just made the flight. In addition to the incompetence of the Air France personnel, we also experienced airport personnel that were very rude and not helpful.
