Our visit of Ronda was extraordinary. From the moment we stepped out our cruise ship, Thomas was there to welcome us to Malaga. Before leaving for Ronda, he took us on a short walk through downtown Malaga and we felt the pride he has for his own town. The drive to Ronda is an 1hour 1/2 and Thomas took the times to point out all the local highlights along the way. Once in Ronda, Thomas made sure that we were aware of the history and the beauty of the area. He also made sure we had a good lunch with a spectacular view overlooking the gorge. Overall our excursion to Ronda was delightful not only because of the beautiful scenery and the interesting history but largely because of Thomass considerate guidance throughout. We would highly recommend to do an excursion with Thomas Liedtke. Among all the guide we had, he is the best by far.
We had a great time visiting the city of Ronda and the Melonera winery. Both parts were very interesting. We learned a lot about the history of wine making in Ronda as well as of the city itself. The landscapes and views were beautiful, and we left with ample knowledge and many great photos!
Excellent choice of hotels, hire car was spacious and new. Friendly staff replied to my (many) questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Granada and Seville are truly amazing places to visit and so is Cordoba but 2 days in the both the former locations and 1 day in Cordoba was the perfect combination with a beach 1/2 day at Torremolinos at the start and the end to relax. Will use you guys again !

See the best of southern Spain and Portugal on this 16-day group tour from Barcelona. Marvel at the Sagrada Familia and enjoy free time to explore before taking the train to Madrid. Uncover the highlights here and visit Salamanca before crossing into Portugal. Cruise on Porto's Douro River, sample regional port wine and enjoy a boat ride at Aveiro. See a Fado show in Lisbon, explore pretty Seville and visit Malaga on the Costa del Sol. Discover the incredible Alhambra fortress in Granada and see a traditional Flamenco show before returning to Madrid.
We are very satisfied with all aspects of our trip. The guides, the driver, the hotels, the sites visited. Unfortunately we had to end it prematurely because of a medical emergency. Would love to have the opportunity to complete the last leg of the trip from Seville to Zaragoza with the grand finale in Barcelona
