This tour was so much fun. Learnt a lot, met a lot of new friends, and had a ton of fun. Would highly recommend this tour, and to travel through Europe in general.
Rhi Smith did a fantastic job as tour director and Domenico was a great amazing driver.
Very busy tour but covered so much and learnt so much about each country
The tour was fabulous. We saw most of the highlights we expected and some we had not thought about. The tour was fast paced but very well managed by Francesca. Kevin was a great driver. I would highly recommend this itinerary to anyone who is looking for a tour of all of the of the highlights of the British Isles.
This was a busy itinerary which gave us the opportunity to visit several places that we have been dreaming of seeing. Our tour director was fabulous. He communicated the schedule for the day and we didn’t feel stressed, instead we enjoyed the many beautiful cities
Wonderful trip! I strongly recommend several of the Optional Experiences to make the most of your time, including the sunset boat trip in Paris (you see the Eiffel Tower aglow!), walking tour of Hidden Venice, and walking tour of the Colosseum in Rome.
Be prepared to walk a lot (I hit 10-14k steps most days!) Be prepared for early mornings.
Did alot that I didn't even know existed, like Modena balsamic vinegar...wow. I thought the tour leader was very accommodating for folks with different energy levels .
Overall we had a wonderful time. We are looking at other itineraries.
But I have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a meet and greet at the first dinner. To state our names and where we are from etc. so it doesn't take a week to know everyone's name.
I thought the first and last day were very confusing. We didn't have clear direction where to go and where to meet and what the plan was.
I wish we had more information about the additional events prior to booking them like where, what, and menus. Some menus we would have passed on.
From Prague to Vienna and onto Paris, this immersive tour of Europe takes in the mansions of Amsterdam, the Roman Empire relics of Rome and the breathtaking scenery of the Alps. Arrive at your Venice hotel by private boat, ahead of an exclusive dining experience at La Fenice restaurant, and sunset cocktails at Cafe Florian. In the Golden city of Prague, take your pick of Insight Choice experiences, touring the courtyard of a 1000-year-old Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral, or joining a Local Expert on an exploration of the city’s historic Jewish Quarter, with a stop at a local bakery to sample Trdelník—a traditional Czech pastry. Journey onwards through the countryside forests of Bohemia to Hungary for a scenic Budapest dinner cruise, gliding past the city’s UNESCO world heritage sites in style.
It was excellent and we saw heaps.
Would like to have had time to see Shakespeare’s grave in church before we went to museum as church was closed by the time we got back to hotel.
An extra night in Liverpool
