It was our first time on a Trafalgar trip and most likely not our last. The scenery was spectacular, the tours were educational and fascinating. The hotels were top rate and the meals were delicious. Our Travel Director and Coach Driver were both outstanding. The whole experience was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a tour of this nature.

The highlights are just that as it is a complicated history and the natural beauty is apparent wherever one travels. The level of activity requires a good deal of walking and the pace is spirited. The entire trip was wonderful. I’m unable to single out just one city or experience because I enjoyed it all equally. I signed up for every optional experience and was not disappointed. I loved the ruins and the history from both our tour director and the specialists brought on in various areas.

Hi there, I thought another day in Scotland would have been better. Maybe gone to Glasgow and then combined the last 2 days in the UK together. The last 2 days were a wee bit of a disappointment compared to the first part of the trip. Our TD was wonderful she is so knowledgeable and really knows her stuff.

Enjoyed this trip and all the optional choices. Weather couldn't have been better. Food was good. Free time and tour experiences were nicely balanced.
Tour Guide and Bus Driver was great. I was traveling solo and felt safe.
The one thing that could have gone better, was accommodations. The Leonardo Hotel in Cardiff and Liverpool was not a good experience. The room was not clean, carpet, window treatments and furniture was old and in bad repair.

This trip was interesting and well organised with a variety of stops and areas of interest. We listened to stories by Kevin, which were told in an engaging and compassionate way. Wayne, our driver was also very caring and always helped us off the bus! Both Kevin and Wayne were professional and experienced professionals. I just loved seeing the United Kingdom, especially Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
