Everest Panorama Trek offers you the stunning view of these mountains: Tawache (6,510 m), Nuptse (7,861 m), Ama Dablam (6,856 m), Thamserku (6,648 m), Kongde Ri (6,187 m), Kusum Kangaroo (6,367 m), Kamtega (6782 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Peak 38, Cholache, Kongde, and Mt. Everest (8,848 m). Of all, Ama Dablam is one the most beautiful mountain in the world.
Everest Panorama Trek also takes you to Namche Bazaar, the largest village of the Everest region, as well as Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery of the Everest region. Inside the monastery are incredibly wall hangings, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. Going valley in the morning over 4000m was severe coldness in winter because no sunshine due to surrounding mountains and wind. (Dingboche to Lobche)
It might be better to add 1 more layer, considering the weather.

On the way to back, I met more people who were going up.
Mr Bibek, the guide was knowledgeable and explained the mountains.
He was good advisor also for health conditions but you should know yourself first.
