The distinguishing feature is its cross-cultural twist, blending Japan’s top sites with a taste of Vietnamese scenery, perfect for those eager to broaden their horizons.
Ive done 3 trips with intro and loved them all, but my most recent one with Jabs and Sophie in Vietnam was especially memorable. The trip was very well organised and we covered a lot of sight seeing, activities etc. Jabs and Sophie were always full of energy and happy to help with anything and everything. I would 100% recommend intro tours if you enjoy travelling!

The itinerary was nicely balanced. It included the main sights in the places visited along with down time to rest and refresh. If keeping busy was more to your liking, there were many excellent optional tours.
The coach was comfortable and kept clean.
Loved the hotels. The Galleria 10 in Bangkok was in an excellent location, within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and the sky train. Their 2 for 1 daily Happy Hour was a nice way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Thoroughly enjoyed the other hotels which also offered pools for relaxation - in Kanchanaburi, Sukhothai, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. The hotel in Kanchanaburi was within walking distance of the famous Bridge over the river Kwai which was a bonus. The hotel in Chiang Rai was within walking distance to additonal sights not included in the tour as well as to excellent restaurants. All the hotels offered a good selection of options for daily breakfast as well as for the included dinners.

What made this trip really special was how different each day felt. One day we were walking through old temples, the next we were sailing on a quiet bay. Vietnam was full of surprises. The people were friendly, the food was amazing, and every place had something new to offer. Ha Long Bay was a real highlight. The boat ride through those tall limestone rocks felt peaceful and looked like something from a movie. Even the meals on the boat were great!
I also liked how we didn’t just rush from place to place. There was time to look around, take pictures, and enjoy it all. Hoi An was beautiful with all the lanterns, and Hue had some really interesting history. Our guide explained everything in a simple and fun way, which made it more enjoyable.
Then we went to Singapore, and it felt like getting into the future. It was super clean and modern, but still full of culture. The Gardens by the Bay were stunning, especially at night. Everything on this tour ran butter smooth, the flights, the hotels, the transport. It was easy to relax and enjoy. Already thinking of booking a Korea tour. Really impressed by how they manage things!

Excellent tour. This was my first solo tour and I was a little nervous. Our guide Joseph was with us all the way from start to finish. A well thought out tour with enough activity and space in between to relax. The hotels exceeded my expectations, they were incredible. My only slight gripe was that some of the places we were taken to, in my opinion, were a bit of a tourist trap. That said, members in our group bought things so it supported the local economy. Joseph also supported and assisted with any extras that we wanted to do. Loved it!

The leader makes the tour and Tien is the Very Best ! Her professional years of experience and knowledge really shine through. You are part of her family and she will do what it takes to make your tour the most rewarding it can be for you. Any special needs you might have, she's there to make it happen. The experiences were varied and interesting from junk boat cruise to an hour tour in a rickshaw. The local guides and drivers did their jobs well as professionals. Siem Reap was very hot and some of the members were not really prepared for it. But water was always available on the bus so everyone could keep hydrated. I enjoyed the temple sunset and especially the optional sunrise at Angkor Wat. This is my first tour in more than 30 years and my first with Explore. I enjoyed it greatly and I've made some new life long friends. I'm looking forward to my next tour and the high standard that this one has set.

My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.
