A really very well organized and planned trip. From arrival at the Delhi airport to the last minute - we felt very comfortable! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful to us. "This tour company organized my 10-day trip in India, which included visits through Delhi, Agra with the Taj Mahal, Ranthambore for a safari, Jaipur, and Varanasi. Overall, this felt like a perfect introduction to India, with each city offering completely different experiences in a concise manner. In addition, the tour operator offered additional options in each city that further tailored the experience based on individual preferences. Just a great, organized set-up where it felt that you were able to enjoy the cultural experience - while at the same time having the appropriate amount of time to refresh/reset for a holiday. The value/cost of the tour - from service, experience, hotels, etc - was great.
The entire tour was very well set-up from start to finish, and could not have been more happy with the entire experience. In every instance, there are experienced individuals to assist you in every aspect of the visit to avoid any confusion or lost time - from pick-up at the airport to private drivers to reputable tour guides. The private driver throughout the tour was a great, kind individual and felt very safe throughout the trip. Further, the tour guides selected by the tour operator were great. You could tell that this company had developed a very good niche in the market over time with hiring/selecting these individuals, given their vast experience and knowledge; in addition to their desire to answer all questions and hold good dialogue and conversation throughout the tour (everyone spoke very good English for Westerners).
Finally, the main contact points organizing and managing the trip were exceptional. They always available for any further assistance (even calling my upon arrival) - which all added to the personal touch of the experience. Also, in my case, I actually forgot some personal items on my trip back to India and they assisted with shipping back to me. You can very much tell that these individuals made huge efforts throughout to make the most out of this unbelievable experience. The tour was perfectly organised, in a fairly short time you can see a very large number of sights. It was a surprise to me that this was actually an individual tour. For that price, this format is miracle, at the same time, all the guides are russian speaking, which was also pleasent.
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour! The scenery throughout was incredible, and it was a great contrast to time spent in India’s North visiting the Golden Triangle. Walking in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, a tour of a spice farm, and time on the houseboat in the backwaters were particular highlights. Pacing of the trip was good, with multiple nights in some of the towns, in between longer drives.
Our driver, Noufel, had a good grasp of English, and was very helpful. The tour company and their staff were also very communicative via WhatsApp, and checked in throughout to ensure everything was going well. Our hotels were comfortable and served good food. Most had AC (though it wasn’t really needed in Munnar due to the altitude).
Visiting in Summer, there wasn’t so much wildlife, but the scenery everywhere was still amazing!
If you're looking for an amazing tour of India's Golden Triangle, Rahul is your man. He went above and beyond to show us sights that we would have missed otherwise. I highly recommend him if you want a truly memorable experience.
I took a trekking tour with this tour agencythat covered around 10-12 miles through the Himalayan foothills through Tonglu and Tumbling. I went around mid-February. This area is incredibly beautiful, there are rolling green hills, cloud capped peaks, good views of the snowy Himalayas which feel so close, and also small houses and huts that serve as both posts for travelers and homes for those that live in the surrounding region.
I think its safe to say that this was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I absolutely loved this trekking tour - not just because the surrounding landscape was so beautiful but because our guide was so knowledgeable about the flora, fauna, and history of the region. He taught us things about the wildlife and the kinds of plants that grew there, about the hidden temples/monasteries and Buddhist writings, flags, and monks that you will find all over. The trek also covers a lot of ground - because it lasts a full day you have time to stop and appreciate all these things. On a clear day - you will get a view of Mt Everest. It was a little cloudy at the exact time we were passing by the spot you were able to get a view. However, a couple trekkers who left earlier on a similar tour with a different guide got a great picture on their camera.
Our guide was also a really good guy. Unfortunately I forget his name but it was Subash who set up the tour for us. He taught us about the history of the region, shared his views on its future and helped us talk to people there to learn more about them. He also treated us to a really delicious breakfast in the mountain town before heading out. He told me he was a very serious mountaineer and was planning to study in Seattle for a more ambitious climb the next year.
I think it was quite dark when I got back. I forget the time but it was late and I remember being tired. I was with 3 of my friends and they were fast asleep. He gave us green Buddhist sashes with markings on them and they were very beautiful. I really liked this company because the whole experience was very personal. There were times we would just walk for a long time in silence. They really want you to experience everything first hand and for yourself. I believe its because they love the region so much, and they want everyone to love and experience it too.
One of the best days of my life.
This tour gave me a complete taste of India, from the bustling streets of Delhi to the serene backwaters of Kerala. Every destination was thoughtfully planned and the local experiences were exceptional.

When our family decided to travel to India we didn't know which travel agent to use because we couldn't find a tour company in Australia to tailor our holiday, so after searching I stumbled across this tour company, it had good reviews so I went with them. We decided to go on the Golden Triangle, Mumbai and Goa Tour, we were able to choose the dates we wanted to travel and the level of accommodation. We went 3 stars for all of our accommodation which was good. We also decided to take the train from Mumbai to Goa first class and that was the best experience seeing so much from the train. Our whole trip went smoothly we had a representative every place we went, Arshad Khan in New Delhi was the best he was very engaging compared with other representatives. A driver who spoke english was sufficient we really didn't need anyone else, we received phone calls from the tour company everyday to see if everything is going well. Overall we would use and recommended this tour company in the future.
I went to Agra from Delhi solo for a sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal- even though my hostel was way out of the way, these guys were kind enough to pick me up so I didnt have to solo-metro at 2 am. The drive was comfy, the schedule was totally up to me (awesome!) and my driver was very sweet.
