Loved our time in Georgia. The scenery was gorgeous and some parts of the trek were quite challenging. Staying in village guesthouses was fantastic-they were often basic but always clean. Our guide Lasha was wonderful, with a great knowledge of history and culture.

The tour takes you to Ananuri, a historic castle complex consisting of two medieval towers, two churches and defensive walls. After exploring the area, you'll be driven to Gudauri, where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic view over the Caucasus Mountains. Continue your journey in the direction of Kazbegi city. From Kazbegi, we'll head out to visit the famous Gergeti Trinity Church. Enjoy the splendid surroundings and a little exercise on an 8-kilometre hike to the church. The Armaziskhevi excavation site, situated only 5 minute's drive from Mtskheta, showcases the area's settlement history from the Bronze and early Iron Ages, including stories of elitism, Roman and pre-Christian culture in the region. Conclude your day by visiting Svetitskhoveli in Mtskheta. Drive back to Tbilisi. End of the tour.

In the old city, you can feel the mix of multiethnic cosmopolitan traditions, which create the unforgettable charm of Tbilisi.
On the tour, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Mtskheta, which is located 25 km away to the west. Here we will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari monastery, which represent the culmination of a number of artistic and architectural aspirations in early Christian architecture. In the middle of the tour, we will have lunch and taste typical Georgian dishes. After midday, we will drive back to Tbilisi and explore the old and new districts of the city. Ride up to Narikhala Fortress by the aerial cable car and admire the views of the city from the top. In the evening return back to the hotel.

It is widely believed that wine production in Georgia first began over 7000 years ago. These days, there are over 500 species of grape in Georgia, a greater diversity than anywhere else in the world, with around 40 of these grape varieties being used in commercial wine production.
In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your Tbilisi hotel and start our tour. The tour will first combine walking and driving in both old and new districts of Tbilisi, where we’ll visit the outstanding landmarks of our capital city. Start with a cable car ride to Narikhala Fortress and admire the views of the city from high up. Then, stroll down to the old town and next visit the Chateau Mukhrani wine studio. Enjoy wine-tasting in the studio and learn how Chateau wines are made. Take a walk in the old town and next have lunch at local restaurant with traditional dishes and Georgian wine.
After lunch, we’ll Continue to the Schuchmann Winery to taste the unforgettable flavor of Schuchmann wines. After the tasting, we’ll visit Mtatsminda park by funicular tramway. Take a relaxing walk in the park and in the evening we’ll return to the hotel.
